All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Expedited Shipping

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or issues with the shipping carrier.

4. International Shipping

We currently offer shipping only within Canada and the United States. We regret that we cannot fulfill orders outside of these regions at this time.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Shinycovers.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your address but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
